How many proofs will I see? TOP You will see a proof as many times as needed to make your photo card perfect. You are not locked into any decisions. After you see your first proof we can make any changes you want including a dfferent font or new pictures.
Having trouble picking 1 design you like best? Let us know and we will show you more than 1 design with your photos so you can choose. What happens if I have to cancel my order? TOP How do I send you my photos? TOP After we received your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail including your order number. E-mail your photos to photos@appleblossomprints.com and make sure to include your order number. If you have extras photos or can’t decide your favorites, we would love to help. Sending extra pictures will allow us to pick the ones that will work best for the photo card you have chosen. What format should my photos be in? TOP Your pictures will look best if you make sure your digital camera is on the highest setting. Low resolution photos appear grainy and will not make your photo card look its best.
Send us your photographs as 300dpi .jpeg files with no compression. Make sure your email software does not reduce the size of the photos when you send them. If you are scanning a photo, please scan it at 600dpi.
If we receive you photos and there are any problems we will let you know.
Can you convert my color photo to black and white? TOP We will convert all photos to black and white or sepia tone if you desire. Choose the style you prefer when you order. Please make sure all photos are sent to us in their orginal color form. There is no charge for this service. My photos were professionally taken. Is that okay? TOP Pictures taken by professional photographers are copyrighted and require a release from the photographer. Your photographer can e-mail or fax us their form, granting us permission to reproduce their images, or they can fill out our photo release form.
How long until I receive my photo cards? TOP Once your order is received, we will e-mail you a proof for approval within 2-3 business days. After final approval, your photo cards will be printed and usually ship within 5 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will be in your hands within 2-3 business days. All together please expect about 10-12 business days. Do you offer matching Thank You Cards? TOP We sure do! We offer folded Thank You Cards custom designed to coordinate with the photo card you have choosen. The proofing process for Thank You Cards is the same as photo cards.
Is there a minimum order? TOP Yes. The order minimum is 25 cards. Photo paper cards can be purchased in any amount over 25. Cardstock cards must be purchased in increments of 25. I love the square cards, but don't want to pay extra postage... TOP You don't have to. When you order a 5x5 square photo card you will have the option of either a 5x5 square envelope or a traditional 5x7 rectangular envelope. The square envelopes are unique but require extra postage to mail. If you don't want to pay the extra postage, choose the 5x7 envelope instead. How many envelopes will I receive? TOP You will one envelope per card, plus one extra envelope for every 25 cards ordered. Can I change the font? TOP No problem. Let us know which card has the font you like in the special instructions box when your order. We will use that font when designing your photo card. Once you see a proof you are welcome to switch to another font if it doesn't look perfect.
When is my credit card charged? TOP Your credit card is charged upon ordering. Should there be a reason to cancel your order before we start work on your proof, we will refund your transaction in full. If we have started work on your proof, we will charge a $15 proof set-up fee for the work we have completed. What are my payment options? TOP We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We no not accept checks or money orders. All credit card payments are processed through our secure server. |
